ABOUT ME
I have started using doTERRA essential oils a couple of years ago, and I have not looked back since. Their versatility means I can use them with many applications.

Essential oils are an integral part of a plant's physiology, used to protect them against destructive pathogens, insects, animals and even other plants. Conversely, plants will use these aromatic compounds to entice certain insects allowing them to pollinate more easily. The oils may be found in many parts of a plant, from the tips of their leaves to their roots deep in the ground. Humans now use a range of techniques such as steam distillation, cold-pressing and solvent extraction to remove these oils for our own benefit.
